Early Bird registrants will receive a Dri-Fit shirt and super players pack if registering by no
later than May 30, 2012. If registering after May 30, 2012, registrants will receive a player

Refund Policy:
If notice is received by May 31, 2012, 100% entry fee will be refund. After May 31, there will be a $25 administrative fee. If notified after June 30, 2012, no refund will be issued.

By voluntarily applying to participate in WA12-NDDGC tournament, you will agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the event. The decisions of the tournament director will be final. The tournament director reserves the right to disqualify players for infractions to the rules. All PDGA rules apply along with any conditions detailed at each player’s meeting. By entering the event, you hold no liability to the host city, host course/owner, tournament direct(s) sponsors, promoters, staff, or volunteers. I acknowledge danger of injuries and hereby accept the risk.
