Final 9 sucked for me as I was too busy enjoying having fun than to throw accurately for some reason...
Nikko has a great reach back and snap on his long distance throws. I have seen paige peirce play and she is even smaller, probably like 5'5 and 125 pounds or less and she hurled it 400 feet!
Justin has great consistency on his putting game.
I just got a first run Z nuke from Dion Arlyn, a Discraft player who was finalist in LD at USDGC with 594', my first throw on a 590 foot hole put it under 125 feet from basket, that disc screameddddddd.... wow... my new ld record disc heh... suggest anyone who can throw 325-350+ to try out a z nuke low weight...

Wow about Paige Peirce being 5' 5" 125 lbs can throw 400 feet or so, probably with lighter weight discs such as 160's?

So it is all in right form & technique and fast snap.

Nice about Z Nuke, how light can Z Nuke get? low 160's?

Yesterday I changed my grip (I used to use more like fan grip in the past and changed to "power grip" which is putting all end of fingers inside the rim) and noticed that my distance has increased a bit (more 300' with R-Pro Boss than before) and I did throw Pro Katana about 350' once so that is good progress.  I put some emphasize on reach back and turning the shoulders quicker and glad I did not give up the accuracy that much.  Just keep practicing and eventually will get better over time...

One more thing I did throw ESP Nuke 166g 300' once.   That Nuke is bit overstable for me so I need to use more of "S" flight pattern for that disc.

I suppose Z Nuke (I don't have Z Nuke) is bit more overstable than the ESP one?  The Innova Champion discs tends to be bit more
overstable than Star/Pro ones.  I like R-Pro Boss but they wear out pretty quickly and tendency to flip at times so I might be looking at lightweight Pro or Star Boss.

don't forget, lighter star boss means more overstable. Star boss is the only one that has opposite effect. If looking for a disc to really control in distance, try pro wraith or pro destroyer? Remmy that faster discs require more torque and may be harder to control. I know a lot of pros say if can't 325-350 consistently with wraith then need move down plastic, weight, or speed of discs because control more important than that once in a while long bomb.

I have not tried Star Boss but I did try Pro Boss and Pro Boss is more overstable than R-Pro Boss.

I have Pro Wraith and Pro Destroyer and I had to throw "S" pattern with those discs in order to get "straight line" effect.

If I throw straight with those disc, then they go left pretty strongly unlike R-Pro Boss which I can throw straight and fade/turn left not that much.  I agree that the amount of spin and how fast disc goes affects the behavior of the discs.

If one can throw Star Boss pretty straight then that thrower has more spin and more speed than me for sure.

That is why I check "What is in the bag" of women's pro than men's pro cause my spin and speed of disc is much closer to top women's pro than top men's pro.

I will get light weight Pro Boss and see how it goes.
